·         Responsible for Company Infrastructure, continuing development of assay requirements in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

·         Architected new web-based front-end to the LIMS for multi-location access, improving speed and adding part 11 compliance.

·         Produced Principle Components Analysis (PCA), Permutation Analysis for Differential Expression (PADE) and various other quality control analyses with graphical output.
